The NATIONAL HOME INSPECTOR EXAM is the only independent, psychometrically-sound home inspector exam in the United States. Passage is a requirement for licensing in most states, BUT NOT IN GEORGIA! Unlike many other home inspectors in Georgia, we chose NOT to bypass the rigorous preparation required to excel in our field.
